Refund policy

We want you to love your golf bag — but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped to the UK, USA, and Europe, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and components must be included

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or visibly worn products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Custom or limited-edition items (unless faulty)

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at hello@forgegolf.co with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
