Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Forge Golf warrants that its golf bags (“Product”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, when purchased directly from Forge Golf or an authorised Forge Golf retailer in the United Kingdom.
2. What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faults arising from normal, intended use of the Product
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including scuffs, abrasions, fading, or fabric fraying)
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or improper care
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage resulting from use outside of the intended purpose (e.g., using the bag to transport items other than golfing equipment)
- Damage caused by environmental factors, including prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Retain proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Notify Forge Golf of a potential warranty claim within the warranty period
- Return the Product to Forge Golf or an authorised retailer for inspection, if requested
5. Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Forge Golf will, at its discretion:
- Repair the Product;
- Replace the Product with the same or similar model; or
- Provide a refund for the original purchase price.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
- Forge Golf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
7. Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
8. Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Send an email to hello@forgegolf.co with the subject line: “Warranty Claim”
Include the following information in your email:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Product being returned
- Reason for warranty claim
- FORGE order number
- Photo/video clearly showing the warranty issue
- Shipping address for the return or replacement
Once we receive your warranty claim, our dedicated team will review the information provided and respond to your request in a timely manner.
We may request additional information or documentation to assess the warranty claim thoroughly. It is important to note that the resolution of your claim is at the discretion of our team.
Please also be aware that this warranty policy is subject to change, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your warranty coverage. Any updates or changes to the warranty policy will be communicated to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
